WINDSOR – Shirley Temple Powell, 78, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Friday, April 16, 2015 at Three Rivers Health and Rehab Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Leath Cemetery, Windsor.
