OAK CITY – Ethel Savage Dickens, 84, of Oak City died March 29, 2015. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 4, 2014 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Oak City. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
