EURE – Bertha Howell Askew, 87, of Hill Lane Road, Eure, died Tuesday, January 13, 2015 in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 16, 2015 in Eure Christian Church. Burial will follow in the family plot at the church. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
