ROANOKE RAPIDS – Richard Ellis Fleming, 57 of Roanoke Rapids, died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Simmons Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Roanoke Rapids. Burial will follow in the Shearin’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids. H.D. Pope Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, is handling the arrangements.
