MURFREESBORO – Nathan C. Parker, 88, of Murfreesboro died Monday, September 29, 2014 at Down East Nursing Home, Gatesville. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements.
