WINDSOR – Lou Evie Hoggard Castello, 87, of Bessie Lane, Windsor, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Roanoke River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Williamston. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Ross Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
