GATES – Robert Jenkins Carroll, 90, of NC 37 North, Gates, died Friday, September 26, 2014 in Sentara Albemarle Medical Center, Elizabeth City. Funeral services were held on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Kittrell’s United Methodist Church. Burial followed in the Willey Family Cemetery. Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, handled the arrangements.
