WINDSOR – Wadrey White Mitchell, 86, of Hoggard Mill Road, Windsor, died Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Three Rivers Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
