WINDSOR – Funeral services for Hubert Cooper of Bertie County will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Sandy Point Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
