GATES – Hubert Parker of Gates died Friday, September 5, 2014 at Sentara Louise Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the Gates Chapel of Hunter’s Funeral Home who is handling the arrangements.
