FRANKLIN, VA – Rosa C. Picot of Franklin, VA, a native of Hertford County, died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Mill Neck Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Murfreesboro, is handling the arrangements.
