ROANOKE RAPIDS – Penny Tyson Love, 77 of Roanoke Rapids, died Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Roanoke Rapids Health Care. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Massey Funeral Home, Roanoke Rapids, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids.
