WINDSOR – Timothy Lloyd Baylor III, 19, of Downey Lane, Windsor, died May 23, 2014 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston. Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Tabernacle the Pillar of Fire Ministry, Windsor. Burial was in the Ryan Family Cemetery, Windsor. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
