GATES – Jacklyn Marshall Phillips, 77, formerly of NC Hwy 37 North, Gates, died Monday, May 19, 2014 at Down East Health and Rehabilitation Center, Gatesville. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2014 in Greenbrier Community Church, Chesapeake, VA.  Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
