WINDSOR – Charney Hoggard Jr., 84, of Broad Street, Windsor, died Sunday, May 11, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
