WINDSOR – Robert Earl Harrell, 73, of US Hwy 17 North, Windsor, a native of Hertford County, died Saturday, April 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday April 16, 2014 at Lawrence Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
