WINDSOR – Herman Bradford Hughes, 90, of Republican Road, Windsor, died Sunday, March 16, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday March 19, 2014 at Republican Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
