AHOSKIE – James W. Hoggard, 68, died Friday, February 28, 2014 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh.  Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, March 7, 2014 at St. Matthew Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Shawn Lea Funeral Home, Scotland Neck, is handling the arrangements.
