MILWAUKEE – Estelle Hicks Smith of Milwaukee died Friday, February 28, 2014 in New York. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Revelle Hill Baptist Church, Conway. Burial will be in the Smith Family Cemetery, Conway. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
