KITTY HAWK – Linda Powell Howell, 73, of Kitty Hawk, a native of Woodland, died Friday, February 21, 2014 at her residence. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church. A service at the Woodland United Methodist Church will be held at a later date. Twiford Funeral Home, Manteo, is handling the arrangements.
