MURFREESBORO – Nellie S. Barnes, 90, of Murfreesboro died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Nebo Missionary Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial was in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, handled the arrangements.
