RALEIGH – Mrs. Tammy Perry of 8335 Plano Court, Raleigh, NC, formerly of Murfreesboro, entered eternal rest on Friday, February 7, 2014 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Mount Sinai Church of God, Murfreesboro, NC. A viewing will take place on Friday, from 5-8 p.m. at the church. Floral arrangements may be sent to 857 Main Street, Murfreesboro, NC.

She leaves to cherish some wonderful memories: her husband, Thomas Perry (Raleigh, NC); her beloved mother, Mildred Jordan; her father Larry Worthington; and a host of family and friends.
