WINDSOR – Cornie Evelyn Miller Hoggard, 85, of Bertie Avenue, Windsor, died Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. Funeral services were held on Sunday February 2, 2014 at Lawrence Baptist Church. Burial followed in Edgewood Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
