SEABOARD – Russell Lee Bass, 91, of Seaboard died Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Southampton Memorial Hospital, Franklin, VA. A memorial graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Seaboard Cemetery. Massey Funeral Home, Jackson, is handling the arrangements.
