RICHMOND, VA – Mable L. Falice, 96, of Richmond, VA died Thursday, January 23, 2014 at James River Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Second Baptist Union Church, Ahoskie. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
