PORTSMOUTH, VA – Linwood Blake, 73, a native of Bertie County, died Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Woodville Plain Baptist Church.  Burial followed in the Blake Family Cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handled the arrangements.
