AHOSKIE – Louis Betran Morris of Ahoskie, a native of Bertie County, died Monday, December 30, 2013 at Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC Hospital, Richmond, VA. Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at New Piney Wood Chapel Baptist Church.  Burial was in Moore Family Cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
