WINDSOR – Kenneth Stephen White, 72 of 1408 South King Street, Windsor, died Friday December 27, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Steve was born in Bertie County on March 29, 1941 to the late Raymond O’Neal and Nan Elizabeth Conner White.  He attended Windsor Assembly of God Church and was a partner of S & K Logging.  He was a member of Spruill’s Pasture Hunting Club, the North Carolina Forestry Association, and the North Carolina Association of Professional Loggers.

Funeral services were held Monday December 30, 2013 at the Windsor Assembly of God by Rev. Chuck Gray. Burial followed in Edgewood Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Katherine Williford White of the home; sons, Kenneth Stephen White, Jr of Merry Hill, Anthony Clark White of Windsor, John William Conner White of Gasburg, VA, and Jason Reed White of Windsor; sisters, Rachel White of Elizabeth City, and Ruth W. Hayes of Wanchese; and grandchildren, Melissa White, Jennifer W. Hoggard, Jesse White, Avery White, Isabella White and Paisley White.
