BRANDON, FL – Elsie V. Vann, 85, a native of HertfordCounty, died Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Brandon Regional Hospital, Brandon, FL. Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at the Hunter’s Funeral Home Chapel, Ahoskie, who handled the arrangements. Burial followed in the Vann Family Cemetery.
