ELIZABETH CITY – The Rev. Charlie Norman Moore, 79, of Oak Stump Road, Elizabeth City, died Monday, September 16, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2013 at Mt.Carmel Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Sunbury. Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is handling the arrangements.
