COLERAIN – Betty Jean Rankins-Watford, 69, of Colerain died Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Ashland Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
