AHOSKIE – Mr. Charles Howard Hudson, age 78, of Ahoskie, NC died Friday, July 12, 2013 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital.

Mr. Hudson was born August 7, 1934, the son of the late Travis W. Hudson and Dora Ruth Belch Hudson. He was also predeceased by a brother, Travis Arnold Hudson.

He was retired from the NC Department of Transportation and a US Marine veteran.

Graveside services, with Military Honors, were held on Monday, July 15, 2013 at Stony Creek Cemetery, Ahoskie, NC with the Rev. Robert Barmer officiating.

Arrangements were handled by Massey Funeral Home in Aulander, NC.
