PORTSMOUTH, VA – Benjamin W. Stanley, 64, of Portsmouth, VA, a native of Hertford County, died Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at New Life Ministry Church, Ahoskie. Burial will be in the Eleytown Cemetery, Murfreesboro. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
