COLERAIN – William Jennings Perry, 72, of  Sand Hill Road, Colerain, died Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 in the chapel of Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who handled the arrangements.
