WINTON – Horace C. Peele, 48, of Winton died June 28, 2013 at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the chapel of Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Pleasant Plains Baptist Church cemetery.
