ROANOKE RAPIDS – Arthur R. West, 66, of Roanoke Rapids died Sunday, June 30, 2013 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 6 at Quankey Baptist Church, Roanoke Rapids. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids. H.D.
