WINDSOR – Lewis Bernard Surgeon, Jr. 66, of Bessie Lane, Windsor, died Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services were held on Sunday June 16, 2013 at Ross Baptist Church.  Burial with military honors followed in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
