WINDSOR – Annie Letora Bell-Outlaw, 86, of Hoggard Mill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Vidant Hospice Health Center, Greenville. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Ashland Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Burial was in the church cemetery. Puckett-Purkett Funeral Service, Roper, handled the arrangements.
