WINDSOR – Timothy Leroy Fells, 82, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at St. Luke Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial was in the Sutton Family Cemetery, Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
