NORFOLK, VA – Phillip Fisher, Jr., 65, of Norfolk, VA died Monday, April 15, 2013 at his residence. Funeral services were on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Margarettsville. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, handled the arrangements.
