OAKHURST, NJ – Cardelia Gibbs Artis, 69, of Oakhurst, NJ, formerly of Conway, died April 3, 2013 at Monmouth Medical Center, Longbranch, NJ. Funeral services were held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Temple of Deliverance Church, Kinston. Burial followed in the La Grange Cemetery. Hood Funeral Service handled the arrangements.
