A couple a weeks ago, John Formica visited our lovely town and met with approximately 70-75 local business owners and managers at the Roanoke-Chowan Community College about the reasons we to need to be at the ‘top of our game” when it comes to customer service.

John is one of the most inspirational and exciting speakers ever to give a presentation in Hertford County. He kept the audience in awe the whole night, said Jamie Johnson, who owns and operates Ace Home Center in both Ahoskie and Murfreesboro.

Formica, who wears the title well of an “Ex-Disney Guy” and America’s Customer Experience Coach, will be returning to the Ahoskie community when he presents his popular seminars on March 12 at Catherine’s Restaurant in Ahoskie. John will share his Disney experiences and more than 25 years of small business experience to help your business be more successful. The fee for this seminar is $10 per person. Lunch will be available for $5. Please contact the Ahoskie Chamber of Commerce at 252-332-2042 to register.

The March 12 seminar is especially targeted for the staff and employees of our local businesses. This meeting will have two time slots for from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for your convenience.

Dan Joyner, Director of the Ahoskie Chamber of Commerce, exclaims “We are honored and privileged to have John back in Ahoskie for this all important seminar. This could be one of the best investments you make all year for your business.”

Leaders, staff and teams will be empowered and inspired during this high energy, applicable and entertaining program.

John’s keynotes and presentations have earned him a reputation for being high energy (sometimes theatrical) enthusiastic, creative, applicable and highly motivating. John tailors all of his presentations and seminars to meet the everyday, real life challenges of his clients.
