WINDSOR – On February 25, 2013, Robert Newsome Jernigan “Bob”, 75, a resident of Windsor since 2004, died at home of natural causes.

Born September 25, 1937 in Lewiston to the late Vallie and Edna Jernigan, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Milton, Levy, and Richard.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Johnson Jernigan; two sons, Torrie of Minnesota, and Jason of Colorado; daughter, Sallie of Tennessee; sister, Rose Askew of Quinton, VA; and two grandchildren, Robert of South Carolina and Heather Leonard of Boston.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home in Windsor.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or Lewiston Baptist Church.
