WINDSOR – Bertha Elizabeth Hall, 79, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Saturday, February 23, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
