WINDSOR – Joe Willie White Sr., 87, of Indian Woods Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 18, 2013 at Cedar Landing Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
