WINDSOR – Dalton O’Neal Rose Jr., 56, of Dalton Ave, Windsor, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Memorial Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday January 31, 2013 at Windsor Assembly of God.  Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
