HAMPTON, VA – Deloris Ann Casterlow Horton, 50, of Hampton, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Sentara Careplex, Hampton, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at St. John AME Church, Conway. Burial will be in the Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodland.
