WINDSOR – Nora Mae Taylor Deans Speller, 84, a resident of Ridgewood Manor in Washington, died Wednesday January 2, 2013. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday January 5, 2013 at Capehart’s Baptist Church Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Williamston, is handling the arrangements.
