ROXOBEL – James Roys Casper, 71, of Railroad Lane,  Roxobel, died Monday, November 5, 2012 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Sandy Branch Baptist Church, Roxobel. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
