WINDSOR – Rosa Lee Hoggard, 69, of Lee Street, Windsor, died Thursday, October 18, 2012 at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be private.
